Born on 02 April 1966 in Kalecik/Ankara.

B.A. in Politics, Faculty of Politics, Ankara University in 1988.

Investigating Judge at the Council of State on 1992.

Attended as a Prosecutor of the Council of State on 17 July 2007.

Served as a President of the Administrative Court of the Ankara between 2009-2011,

Prosecutor of the Court of Jurisdictional Disputes since 26 December 2014.
